Vinyl festoon is produced in the same variety of colors as fringe and sheeting. Liberty World Class Petal Festooning looks like a fluffy rope of flower petals. Petals are formed into garlands that frame parade floats or doorways.
It is mainly used for accents on the outer edges of a parade float, to outline a surface area and highlight the top edge of the float fringe. Festoon can be creatively used to provide another color to the parade float display.
