Liberty World Class Metallic Petal Festooning looks like a fluffy rope of flower petals.
Petals are formed into garlands that frame parade floats or doorways. It provides a visual color break between the deck and skirt, or skirt and fringe of your float.
You can use it to drape, wrap poles, create canopies or form letters in any script. You can also braid it to create a decorative display. Available in all vinyl and metallic colors in 48' lengths.
